Distributed way of working
We’ve always embraced flexible working, with many employees working from home. When the Covid-19 pandemic struck in 2020 we took the opportunity to move to a fully distributed way of working.

"Working from home meant a lot to me (even pre-pandemic!), especially as I can spend lots more time walking with my dog - plus cooking proper meals at lunchtime, not just a cold sandwich. The gift of time from not having to commute has changed my life for the better!"

You can't overestimate the value of the time you get back by working from home. I have so much more agency over what I do and when I do it, making integrating work into my general life that much more seamless.

Team time
We love getting together – whether that's at one of the quarterly meetings or with a couple of colleagues for a catch-up. And here's what we've been up to recently...

All our roles are included.

We don’t have office space, but we do work with a company that gives us access to shared workspaces across the UK. You can use your monthly credits to book a space for yourself or to meet up with your team.

We usually meet up with our teams once a month, and then every quarter the whole company gets together in Oxford. At the quarterly meetings, as well as getting company updates we also have some downtime (and have been known to go punting, or have a scavenger hunt).
There are other options to meet more frequently than this, too. Sometimes we’ll just catch up in a coffee shop.
